2023 is going to be a big year for us! We'll be opening three new phases in our innovative Cielo Verde Community. Phase 2B of the Courtyards, Phase 4 and Phase 6.

Cielo Verde Courtyards Phase 2B is a mirror of our original Courtyard subdivision. These courtyard homes are designed for privacy, security and low maintenance, perfect for retirement living or seasonal occupancy. Each home will be built around its own exquisite private courtyard. Garages will be accessed off a separate city street out of sight at the rear of the lot.
