Jim Hall is our Residential Division Manager & Custom Home Designer. He has been a valued part of the Jacobson team for over 20 years. His creative talent and thoroughness has helped Jacobson Homes set and maintain the highest quality standards. Jim is involved in every aspect of the home buying experience; from the initial designing process, to handing over the keys. He understands that purchasing a home is often the largest investment made in a lifetime, and takes pride in ensuring that every step of the way is exciting and enjoyable.

Leticia has been a Licensed Real Estate Professional with our company since 2009.  Leticia helps customize their home until it's perfect for them.  She is dedicated to her work and goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone involved in the process of building your new home is kept informed throughout the entire process.

Janet has been a part of our team for almost 4 years.  Her background of homes sales in the area was a great addition for us.  Her can-do attitude helps our homeowners through their home buying process.

Yesenia began her journey with our company almost five years ago in our main office.  She moved over to the Sales Center to continue running our Warranty programs for our homeowners.  While managing our sales center and helping the realtors.
